LOS ANGELES — ROSTR, the data and intelligence platform for the music industry, today announced a partnership with International Festival Forum (IFF) to become the official technology and media partner of IFF LA, the conference’s first North American edition, taking place at The London, West Hollywood from September 14–16, 2026. The partnership is anchored by an annual, co-authored data report on the North American festival market — published in the official IFF LA conference guide — and pairs ROSTR’s technology with exclusive editorial coverage from New Industry Focus, ROSTR’s independent news site, in the lead-up to and during the event.
Organized by the team behind the industry-leading IFF London event, IFF LA brings together festival and outdoor live event programmers, talent buyers and booking agents for a highly targeted event. IFF LA invites delegates to secure months’ worth of business in just 2.5 days, with in-person meetings, networking events, agency pop-up offices and industry programming, alongside evening artist showcases at iconic Sunset Strip venues.
Over the last decade, IFF in London has facilitated millions of dollars in artist bookings and helped launch the careers of globally recognized talent — making it one of the most efficient and influential environments for festival deal-making. While attendance is limited to ensure a highly focused and valuable experience, delegates represent hundreds of festivals, and tens of thousands of artists worldwide. Similarly, IFF LA will provide an essential marketplace for festival and live event bookings across North America, Canada and Latin America, and is backed by North America’s leading booking agencies – all of whom will be attending the event in September. Applications to attend IFF LA this September are now open.
IFF LA will be produced in partnership with We Group, a leading production company delivering large-scale festivals and live events across the globe.
The partnership with ROSTR adds a dedicated technology and media layer to the event, giving attending agencies and festival buyers new tools to prepare for meetings and identify booking opportunities, while bringing the conference’s programming, talent, and storylines to a wider industry audience through NIF.
An Annual, Co-Authored North American Festival Report
The centerpiece of the partnership is a new annual data report on the North American festival market, co-authored by ROSTR and IFF and published in the official IFF LA conference guide. Modeled on the European report long associated with IFF London, the North American edition is designed to become a yearly benchmark for festival bookers, agents, managers, and promoters working across the region. The report will combine ROSTR’s booking data and market intelligence with IFF’s industry vantage point and editorial standards.
ROSTR’s Mark Williamson will present highlights from the inaugural report in a dedicated session during the IFF LA program, walking attendees through the data, key trends, and what the numbers mean for the next festival cycle. Both organizations are also exploring a parallel European edition tied to IFF London, with the long-term goal of an annual ROSTR x IFF data series covering both major festival markets.
“IFF has spent a decade in London proving that the most efficient way to book festivals is to bring the right people together in one room. We’re thrilled to be their technology and media partners for the first IFF LA in our hometown. IFF brings the people together and we’re excited to give them the data, the tools, and the context to make those few days even more effective” — Mark Williamson, CEO The ROSTR Group
Book Faster, Better, Smarter
At the heart of the partnership is a suite of custom ROSTR features built to be integrated with IFF LA attendees, including dedicated lists and list-sharing tools that let agents, festival programmers, managers, and promoters organize and exchange booking targets directly within the platform. The features are being designed around the core mission of the conference — getting festivals booked — with additional capabilities to support meeting prep, prospect discovery, and the follow-up that turns IFF LA conversations into confirmed bookings.
NIF: Editorial Coverage of IFF LA
As IFF LA’s principal media partner, NIF — ROSTR’s editorial newsletter, reaching more than 30,000 industry readers each month — will produce content across the full arc of the conference. From pre-conference build-up, on-site editorial coverage during IFF LA, and behind-the-scenes features with the agents and managers shaping the North American festival circuit, NIF will be lockstep with the conference and its attendees.
“ROSTR has been a great partner to IFF London over recent years, bringing deep data-led insight into the agency and festival booking world, and we’re thrilled to take that partnership to the next stage in the US. We know that bringing ROSTR and IFF together will enable the creation of valuable, actionable content that will serve the primary purpose of IFF LA – helping agents and festivals do more business.” — Greg Parmley, Managing Director, IFF / ILMC
